Do not need a full 1lb Capacity? The 1/2lb is your choice! The Half Pound Pouch has no window, is metallized with aluminum, and is 3.5 millimeters thick. The Half Pound is strong and flexible. Can be used for various products that require secure storage or that need to be transported. Metallized is best for storage and transport – reflecting harmful UV light from the contents of the pouch. Classified as “High Oxygen Barrier” with an OTR (Oxygen Transfer Rate) of .0001 in cm/2 in a 24hr period.

Q: How do I heat seal the pouch?

A: The best option is with a Terpene Fresh Vacuum Sealer. A ¼” thick seal provides maximum seal strength during transport. If you do not have one, then use any sealing device that can reach high temperatures rated for high-barrier film.

Q: How long can I store my Hemp or Legal Cannabis in Terpene Fresh Pouches?

A: Recent studies show trichomes can be preserved up to 6 months to a year after harvest when stored in the proper controlled environment, and when heat sealed after the manicure (trimming) process.

If air-gas flush with a Terpene Fresh Vacuum Sealer is used, then trichomes can be preserved indefinitely until the pouch’s seal is breached. After the seal is breached, the flower is good for up to weeks and is best when used right away.
